The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring a small kitchenette and washing machine. The location allowed easy walking access to major attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. Public transport options such as tram and metro were conveniently nearby. The building was quiet with newly renovated studios inside an older structure. Parking spaces were available in front of the building and underground across the street for a daily fee.
