We had a great time in Budapest staying in an apartment that was close to the metro and just a short walk to the city park. The two big bedrooms worked well for us, and it was handy to have shops nearby for basics even though we didn’t cook. We really enjoyed the spas, cruising the Danube in the evening, and visiting Castle Hill using the no 16 bus, though paying for the bus was a bit tricky.
