The cleaning fee for the accommodation is payable separately.

In case of EXTREME pollution and dirt, we may charge a surcharge from the deposit when the guest leaves.

During your stay, cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

Please keep the apartment neat and clean.

Requests for late arrival (check - in) or early check-out must always be confirmed by the accommodation.

The host handles the handing over of the keys personally.

Be sure to arrange a key handover time with the host before the guest's arrival.

Otherwise, you may have to wait.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.
