An excellent location next to a lovely park and close to metro and bus stations was provided. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well organized with a fully equipped kitchen. The building offered secure access and an elevator, although it operated slowly. Windows faced a quiet interior courtyard, ensuring peaceful nights despite the central setting. A washing machine and ample space for drying clothes were available in the apartment.
