Numerous dining options, including bars and breakfast bakeries, are nearby along with a supermarket and market for easy food supply. The fully equipped kitchen adds convenience, while the presence of a lovely playground in the park opposite enhances the surroundings. Two bedrooms with separate beds provide private space suitable for short stays. Parking is available directly in front of the building.
