Old building under renovation. Shared kitchen very clean, guests keep tidy. Bathroom inside room. Close to city center, markets nearby. AC working well. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Kata at front desk. Social spaces nice, no bathroom queues. Six-minute walk to airport bus stop.
