Very clean, modern and comfortable with new appliances and furniture, the apartment was quiet and had a spacious balcony for coffee. It had all necessary amenities including a separate toilet and bathroom, central air conditioning, its own garage parking place in the building, and was located close to Heroes' Square, City Park, Zoo, M1 metro station with about 10 minutes walk to public transport reaching city center in 25 minutes. The owner was helpful and answered all questions despite some high humidity inside.
