Situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, the location is central yet relaxing, close to various pubs, coffee shops, and food places open even late at night. The property feels safe and spotless with tall ceilings enhancing the elegant atmosphere. Within 50 meters lies a sports pub offering billiards, darts, and fussball for entertainment.
