The apartment offered a cosy and homely atmosphere with good heating, air conditioning, and a nice TV. Kitchen facilities included a fridge and an ice box, while the washing machine added convenience. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city centre and close to shops, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. The building was quiet with a cool green inner courtyard on the second floor of an elderly apartment house.
