The location was convenient, close to public transport and a few tram stops from Gellért Thermal Spa. The breakfast was excellent and the personnel were friendly and helpful. Parking options in the hotel garage were very good, providing reassurance during the stay. Late check-in was accommodated despite prior communication issues. The rooms were simple, clean, and cozy as shown in the pictures.
