As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) at check-in in the form of a valid identity card, driving licence or travel document.

In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodation; however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty, and the guest cannot request any compensation.

Please note that if extra cleaning or repair is necessary because of guests' pets, the executive housekeeper has the right to charge the additional costs.
