The property was clean and well maintained, with clear instructions for access and reliable communication from the staff. Nearby amenities included multiple bars, restaurants, bakeries, and the famous New York Cafe on the same street. A washing machine was available for common use.
Easy to find, close to the metro and main street. Lots of cafes nearby. Apartment on ground floor, door opens directly inside. Warm inside, good for cold days. Instructions clear for getting in. Everything worked fine except fan could be better. Quiet at night, no noise from neighbors or street. Bed was firm but comfortable enough for back support. Towels and linen smelled fresh air conditioning. Good price for what you get.
