The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent assistance with ... and luggage. Rooms were clean and warm, featuring heated bathroom floors. The location offered easy access to public transport with two metro stations within a five-minute walk. Breakfast was rich and satisfying. Some rooms were small, but firmer bedding was available for those who preferred it.
