The location was central, just a short walk from metro and tram lines. The apartment featured spacious rooms with air conditioning in the living area and a large balcony offering impressive views. Facilities nearby included bars, restaurants, and shops. Access to the top-floor flat was via an old-style elevator or stairs, with additional security gates at the entrance. The apartment was fully equipped with a washing machine and maintained good cleanliness standards.
