We had amazing customer service, especially from Odi, who went way beyond what we expected—he even came to get us early, paid for our taxi, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The apartment had a great location, jacuzzi, balcony, and comfy bed, but it was Odi’s constant help, happy attitude, and even singing that made everything feel special and luxurious. There’s also a great massage place right behind the building, and honestly, no fancy hotel in Budapest beat this spot thanks to Odi’s care.
