We had amazing customer service, especially from Odi, who went way beyond what we expected-he even came to get us early, paid for our taxi, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The apartment had a great location, jacuzzi, balcony, and comfy bed, but it was Odi’s constant help, happy attitude, and even singing that made everything feel special and luxurious. There’s also a great massage place right behind the building, and honestly, no fancy hotel in Budapest beat this spot thanks to Odi’s care.
