The location was excellent, situated near the train and metro stations as well as Westend Mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating early check-ins and assisting with luggage storage. Rooms were clean, spacious, and featured unique touches like a mini heater. Facilities met basic needs while providing good breakfast options. The hotel’s proximity to transportation made it convenient for onward travel.
