The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, featuring modern appliances and a comfortable bed. It offered excellent soundproofing despite nearby traffic noise. The location provided easy access to multiple tram lines, buses, and suburban railway connections across the Danube. Nearby amenities included a grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, and eateries of various prices. A Netflix subscription and coffee machine with capsules were also available for convenience.
